Good deal or no? 2008 ML350 P2 for $45K
I just stumbled upon this car while I was shopping for an 09 ML350.
Black

heated seats
ipod
running boards
MSRP 52700
Invoice 48933
=============
selling for 44933. so basically it's invoice minus dealer $4k cash.
I kind of like the fact that the 09s have a HD nav and built in bluetooth.

i agree...not a good deal...
Assuming you can afford the 09, and can get an 09 close to invoice, you will get close to the 4K back when you get rid of the truck in a few years. Plus - the 09 has some improvements, primarily the navigation unit upgrade.

Why not ...
save the money on the 2008 and use some of it to put the electronics you want in it? I think there is a new Pioneer unit that would give you the features you're looking for.

^ true, but some/many people like sticking with the stock look/units
that being said...I'd personally go with the 09 and pay slightly more, or better yet wait a couple months and you just may be getting the 08 type deals on an 09

Not a bad deal but you can do better.
