That's rubber burning from your tires.
I have never noticed exhaust smoke from my 07 ML after 100K miles of driving, and the inside of my tailpipes barely have any residue on them.
I see and smell more brown dust from gasoline cars when they accelerate.
Go clean diesel.

Diesel particulate filters--mandatory since 2007 in USA--have eliminated diesel smoke.
Given you have 300CDI--clearly not a USA vehicle--you may not have one fitted.

None of my 3 Diesel vehicles has any cloudy discharge from their tail pipe so far.
My VW TDI does not have any DEF treatment and it has over 35,000 KM.
My 335d has DEF and over 65,000 KM on the odo.
My ML has AdBlue/DEF and over 24,000 KM.
Perhaps it could be condensation in the cold morning air that I often see coming out of vehicle tail pipes in cold mornings?
Being a 2011 model I would get the dealer to investigate since it's under warranty?

I have never seen a car that didn't blow out dirty exhaust to some extent under high rpm and full throttle applications. I would be very surprised if MB diesels were anything different.
Perhaps everyone has a different definition of "hard acceleration, or harder than ususal acceleration."
I'd bring the car to the dealer and see what they say if you feel it's not right.

Also, check turbo seal (intake turbo seal) ...

Diesel exhaust fluid/AsBlue is NOT the mechanism that eliminates smoke. Rather it's the diesel particulate filter. Smoke is particulates.

European diesel car are very good performance wise, but they also need very low sulfur diesel to run in my country that's a bit of problem since we don't carry that level of low sulfur diesel around, so it's very common to have mercedes, audi, vw,bmw showing some smoke when accelerated, so it's worrying to by a very used diesel engine vehicle.
