Oxygen sensors connection
I've mistakenly unplugged oxygen sensors and now I'm getting the P0041 and P0040 codes (Check attachments), example ODB2 reading: O2 Bank 1 Sensor 2 Signals Swapped w/ O2 Bank 2 Sensor 2. I've already swapped the sensors but the code come up after 50 miles. Does anyone have the picture or some kind of reference on where the each sensor should be plugged in?

Yes, I've erased them several times.
One thing I noticed along side of the two codes above, is that there are additional two exactly the same codes but they have "Pending" label in the upper right corner. I'm not sure if this reader can clear these types of codes.

This is very confusing to me. You separated all the connectors for what reason?
When you reconnected them, how could you have made a mistake since the are on opposite sides of the exhaust?
Why did you disconnect them in the first place?

"This is very confusing to me. You separated all the connectors for what reason?"
To take the engine out to replace the balance shaft
"When you reconnected them, how could you have made a mistake since the are on opposite sides of the exhaust?"
Upstream sensor plugs and downstream sensor plugs are different. Because I did not label them, I plug the in the best way I could and I got those codes. I swapped them and the codes above were read. I cannot tell how they were originally plugged in so I'm not sure if they are faulty now or not. I did not remove the actual sensors from the mufflers, I just unplugged them.
"Why did you disconnect them in the first place?"
To remove the mufflers so I can unbolt the transmission from the engine so I can remove the engine. The other end of the sensors wiring goes to the computer engine.
Any ideas or diagrams of how they originally were plugged in? Could it be that they are faulty? I've triple checked all the wiring to make sure everything is plugged and not damaged, but I'll recheck them today or tomorrow.
thanks!

Here is the diagram for the O2 sensors. You must look at the colors of the main harness going to the computer. Each sensor has its own wiring color. For example, R/S Down means after the Cat. Sides of any veh. is determined by sitting in the car.

I could not match not even one color from the image above, but thank you for the help. However, I've swapped them again, then I cleared the codes and disconnected the battery for 10 minutes. After that I have been driving for 2 days, 70 miles and have no CEL.
