Question 2011 ML-350 RADIO No SOUND
HI... 2011 ML-350 / Replaced the radio due to CD changer problems... Now The new radio looks like normal, BUT no sound at all... no sound from radio nor CDs... I switch back to the old radio and does sound perfect... Can anyone please give me a hint??

According to your vin# your original radio should be this #.

Now post the part # of the radio you bought.

There is a Logic 7 (r) on/off option in the "system" menu (on the radio), but it do not comes "on"... (When I change it to "on" it returns to "off" inmediatelly)
nor does it allows for treble, bass, balance adjustments

Nice response since I was the only person who tried to help you.

Did you ever consider the fact that you bought a faulty radio? Your 26 01 radio was replaced by 73 01 radio because the 26 01 radios were faulty.

Maj. Dundee, please accept my apologies. In my frustation i just dont analyze your responses. Sorry.
Actually, it is as you explained, the old radio ZB number is A-164-900-26-01, and the new one is also a 26-01...

So, after all the troubleshooting we did here, now i understand that the radio is, as you mentioned, faulty. Nice job, please accept my sincere apology and keep up the good work!

I have a New problem with the comand/radio ML350.. the “anti-theft protection activared” mesaage appears. How can i fix that?
