HI... 2011 ML-350 / Replaced the radio due to CD changer problems... Now The new radio looks like normal, BUT no sound at all... no sound from radio nor CDs... I switch back to the old radio and does sound perfect... Can anyone please give me a hint??

(It is exactly same model as the old one. If I install the old one, it actually sound....)
There is a Logic 7 (r) on/off option in the "system" menu (on the radio), but it do not comes "on"... (When I change it to "on" it returns to "off" inmediatelly)
nor does it allows for treble, bass, balance adjustments

Did you ever consider the fact that you bought a faulty radio? Your 26 01 radio was replaced by 73 01 radio because the 26 01 radios were faulty.

Actually, it is as you explained, the old radio ZB number is A-164-900-26-01, and the new one is also a 26-01...
So, after all the troubleshooting we did here, now i understand that the radio is, as you mentioned, faulty. Nice job, please accept my sincere apology and keep up the good work!
