What is the year of your 350?

Did you scan for codes in the rear SAM and get this one?

 

My ML is 2009 model but year is 2008/10
I didn't Scan rear Sam yet

Yes you are correct. Here is your data sheet. But code 809 indicates that you have 2009 ML. Please update your profile to include the year, the model, is it CDI, Blue or Petrol and the country you reside in.

 

Open the right rear door and push up the rubber covering and see if there are any broken wires.

 

Have had rear door locks become very slow and swapped lock unit (quite involved). Just confirming that there is no sound or movement at all. In my case could see and feel locked button (near glass) vibrate but not lift.
