Yes and no.. If you remove the Inlet port to check the wiring and there is no problem, then you have to leave the car as is and buy the part.

Sometimes, the Intake manifolds should be replaced, as those could be the reason for a defective M55...and if you remove Turbo, Intakes, etc than is your best chance to change the oil cooler...as this always has leakage.

I checked the wiring & changed the actuator
and still read the same fault
how can I check the wiring correctly?

I just changed the engine before 5 months with new manifold swirl runners
