U09 option..benefits?
I am curious as to the benefits of the U09 option.
Is it only cosmetic or are there other advantages ?
Does it add a layer of protection ?
Since it is MB Tex how would this look when the P95 option includes The premium leather option 801
I see GregW has included both on his build order....and considering adding it to mine

U09 makes the truck look $10k more expensive, for less than 1/10th of that!

The standard dash looks pretty good but not Pseudo leather and stitching good. I don't know how anyone could think its leather unless it's someone who doesn't really know much about cars.

the option is still $300...there is a one time charge of $250 for SPC options included in the order

Its only $300, damn thats cheap. I would expect more from Benz, I guess its more face value than quality in some aspects.
In the Corvette its like 3K, actually in a lot of cars dash leather is damn expensive.

Of course, it's not real leather, but actually better for a dash since it holds up better to sun and other elements and it's hard to tell the difference.
