Active roll stabilisation in the form of the ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM can be optionally combined with both the AIRMATIC air suspension with Adaptive Damping System (ADS) and the ON&OFFROAD package."
Doesn't make sense as it is a perfect combination to allow more suspension travel off road. Any insight, YYZ?

2013 production
I'm now reconsidering whether to stick with my '12 order. The color MDF and Distronic would be nice, but I just don't know how much longer I can keep waiting.

Thanks Greg. I think I'll stick to my 2012 order then. Gonna miss the color mfd for sure, but can't wait till mid Sep.
My current build dt is jun 1st with lighting. Hope its a little ahead of schedule like a few others have mentioned!

My SA says the ON&OFF Road is not configurable with the Active Curve System, though the Daimler press release said,

BTW, just verified you can not get Brown Satin Ash with the Sport Interior on '12s. Changed my order.

No, collision prevention assist will be a standard feature. Distronic Plus will still be an option as part of the driver's assistance package, per those PDFs you uploaded.

Basically, CPA includes the PRE-SAFE BRAKE and Active Brake Assist functionality that was formerly only available with DISTRONIC PLUS. You are not getting the DISTRONIC active cruise control functionality as part of CPA.

The first car that CPA is standard on is the new B Class in Europe. If you do a configurator on the UK MB website you'll see CPA as standard but Distronic Plus as a standalone option.
The forthcoming GL will be the first car in the USA to have CPA standard.

Uprated 3.5L for 2013?
It appears MT used the combined power for the 2013 E400 hybrid (306 + 27). Typical Motor Trend; it's one of the car mags I make a point not to bother with.

2013 ML550: Paladium Silver, Brown Satin Ash
MY13 ML550 Standard Options
Attached is the list of the Standard Equipment for the 2013 ML550, as printed out by my SA on April 15th. The printout I have of the general M-class options and packages didn't look like they change from Greg's posting of the 4-9-12 printout, but I included that in the second PDF so those shopping for the ML500 have the info all in one file.
BTW: The posting by jean7of9 earlier was of the Canadian standard equipment and options. This pdf is for the US version of the ML550.
UPDATE: I just redid the options and packages PDF, since it was missing the second page to the M-class specs. I'm also now breaking that out as a separate PDF, as well as posting the MY13 ML550 config I've ordered recently.
