owners manual unusable slow?
Is there a better place to look at the interactive owners manual than this site?

Well, I'm not having any issues with other US web sites - for example this forum.
It must be a routing issue to this server..
When I connect to my US VPN the manual works at reasonable speed, but it is as slow as molasses when used directly.
Unfortunately the local (Aus) MB site redirects all owners manual links to this single US server.
It is also more than a bit irritating they don't seem to offer the manual in PDF form!

I have the owner's manual in PDF format. I tried to upload it here but it was too large (6.5 MB). I don't have the command or audio manuals but I do recall seeing them in PDF format somewhere. I'll see if I can find the link again...

On the subject of the MB website being annoying.....does anyone know why we dont get access to a Car Configurator on the MB Australia website, but our friends in the US and Europe do.
I think I read somewhere previously that the website was being updated but I bet that was 6 - 12 months ago. If other countries have the technology/system in place surely its not that hard to re-configure to the Australian specification and options.
Quite frustrating when we pay so much for the vehicles here and dont get access to the same level of service.
