I am unable to find a pic on the MBUSA website showing the MB-Tex wrapped dashboard... if anyone has a pic, I would greatly appreciate seeing it. Also, would like to hear feedback from those who ordered this option (pro or con).

It's a GL, but looks the same inside. I tried to get this on my ML, but it wasn't available for my build date and I was tired of putting off my order.

Yep, it looks great, I wish I had it. I had already waited for over 6 months until there was a BlueTEC slot with actively ventilated leather seats available. I wasn't going to risk losing that option.

No question in my mind that your interior would be much better with U09!

Have the stitched dash and love it. I waited (7 months) for the lighting package and a bunch of other things, so adding the dash wasn't an issue in that regard - and I'm glad I did. Good luck!

The wrapped dash makes such a huge difference, it should be standard. It's needed less if you are getting one of the super glossy wood options, but essential if you're ordering the Brown Satin Ash....which is an outstanding combination (and what I have on my MY13 ML).

If you have money to burn, get the designo leather. The dash is wrapped in real leather in that case and it does look slightly better. I might have ordered it, but wasn't keen on the quilt patterned seats (reminded me of a woman's designer handbag or luggage). Guess I need to save up for the ML63 that has more macho designio seat cover pattern since I'm so insecure.

I remember you used to have to order it separately from the dashboard stitching. I'm placing an order for a ml550 with sport interior package and want to make sure it's completely stitched out
