Video In Motion - VIM

I have just purchased a Video In Motion interface harness for my ML as per the following link .....
http://www.ebay.com/itm/251396084537...U:3160&vxp=mtr
I have a car audio/AV mate who is going to install it for me for free, although in the installation video it does look very simple.
Just curious if anyone else has done this using the NAVIKS brand one, the same as the one I have bought? Geez, I hope it's gonna be ok. All the research I did came back as though I'd be fine.
I'm not sure if it's relevant but I have COMAND APS with Harman Kardon, TV tuner, and rear entertainment package also.
Cheers, and thanks in advance

I am just waiting for it to arrive in the mail, which could be a couple of weeks, then I have to have it installed so it could be a little while before I report back.
Watch this space if interested folks ....

As far as I know this is the only option. Not sure what you mean by 'No Coding'.

Now we have our new C250 as well so I'm going to look into this software unlocking from dvdinmotion.com instead of the using the Naviks interface harness which was a little painful to install.
Cheers everyone ... safe motoring!

Also... stay away from Bimmerguru.com they do sell software you can use to unlock the software blocking VIM, BUT... I wouldn't trust installing software from a third party which looking them up online shows their address to be at some run down mechanic shop in Canada and especially if your car has XM radio and GPS because there's no way of knowing if the code you're installing is not installing some sort of hack that the software developer made doesn't have a way to access to your car through your GPS system. Safest bet.. go with the wiring harness!
ANYWAYS.... I LOVE IT!
So feel free in being nieve and ignorant just to indulge in something you know nothing about. I'll be the one laugh his *** off at all those who get their cars hacked and and are whining like babies because they "didn't know better"! LOL
