I dont think its an ML replacement. They are definatly competing with bmw x6 and the ml should have its own name as with the x5. BMW is now trying to copy mercedes and come up with a new series competing with the a 7 seater gl.

This is the GLE coupe and there's going to be a GLE, so their new simple nomenclature is out the window..

All stories about the GLE450 coupe identify the amg variant as a 365 hp v-6TT. the car I want is the GLC 63, so the GLE coupe is very similar sizewise. it seems unlikely that a bigger car would get a less powerful AMG motor than the GLC. My current obsession is a used g wagon with the amg motor, so that may do it for me in the next 12mos.

yes, but I'm the one guy in the world who actually likes the look of this GLE coupe..but for some reason, the coupe AMG is a TT v-6. put a tt v-8 in this, offer euro delivery on it, I'll order one today...do it, dammit, DO IT!

This is SPORT AMG model not GLE63 amg model that will feature probably 5.5 tt with around 570hp
