Hey everyone! Been a long time member hanging out in the w212 forum with my '11 E550, but just picked up a '14 ML350 for the wife. It drives amazing and we were definitely sold on the upgraded Designo leather and pano roof which was my E550 has and we love it. Was a little disappointed with it not having push to start, but the interior trumped it all. I will tint the front windows and do the xenon conversion, but that's about it since the wifey will be driving it. Anyways, happy to be here!
My god, i can't believe ur ml doesn't have the push start. Most Canadian ml are loaded with push start and bi-xeon headlights. In fact, when i searched my ml, i never seen one without push start. Very nice interior for urs.

I was pretty shocked too. Actually, both of the ones we test drove didn't have it which was really odd.
Not sure if you need a package to make it work. The used car dealer told me I can buy one online and it should work with the ml350 that I bought. Still new to me and figuring stuff out. This actually was my first "mod".

Thanks and yup, I already ordered a set and it should be here this week. Any advice on the installation? I have done conversion kits before on some Nissan's and my dad's S60 back in the day, but this seems to be pretty much plug in play?
You sure you don't have push button? I have not seen an ML without one. Maybe the button is just missing. Check the order code of the car. I also noticed that you still have the old weather mats that were recalled by MB. Make sure to check with the dealer about those mats. Do you have the heated steering wheel on those wood clad steering wheel? I do hope you are not keeping those pink plate holders.

Plate holders are definitely going away. Yeah, we popped the one off mine and tried it with hers and it didn't work. No heated steering wheel. I'll check on the mats.

I had it professionally done, but i negotiated the price for the install. I tried and i went to my brother-in-law for help, but that didnt work. When you email AZN optics, they'll give you the instructions for DIY, but its worth the investment. You'll get a smilar range to the Bi-Xenon's that are offered on the ILS package, but it will not have active curve, but you wouldnt really need it as it is.
Check the close button for the rear hatch (on the rear hatch - not the driver door).
If you have a single button there, you do not have Keyless Go.
If you have 2 buttons (one for close and one for close/lock) you should have Keyless Go and the purchase of the button for the dash may work.

the other way you can tell, on all four doors there should be a small groove on the handle. If you have those you have the system. If you have a small black square behind the ftont door Key FOB entry
then you dont.

Yup, definitely just have the black square. My E550 has Keyless GO which has the paint colored squares on all the doors. I did just did the HID conversion from AZN Optics which are fantastic compared to the stock halogens. Front windows are also now tinted to match the rear stocks, so we're or I guess the wife is good to go for now lol.
My ML350 2013 didn’t come with keyless entry nor keyless go. It is a good feature to have it though. I’m not sure if it is possible to add it by ordering from ebay? Maybe I didn’t use the proper words when i searched.

Keyless will be a HUGE PITA to retrofit, i saw one company offering it, i dont remember the name but they posted it a long time ago with a retrofit of the 360 camera.
If you do DIY it will not be worth the money
consider: 4 door handles (w/the key indentation) the modules and a new key thats programmed for the door to recoginize it.
