My wife lost her key, replacement options

She lost her key, had it clipped on with her car and she lost it somewhere. I see replacement keyfobs on Amazon and I have found these directions: https://blog.keylessentryremotefob.c...ob-remote.html

Has anyone done this on a 2014 ML350?

Call three dealers and get prices. I bought one for my W166 two years ago from the local dealer in central Indiana and it was around $400-$500 including programming.

I was told $800 (Canadian) here. They did not even talk dirty to me first before telling me that.

I am also waiting to hear back from an automotive locksmith.

I bought one and had it programmed $300.
then I used a $150 off coupon and walked away for only $150 used the 3rd key for DroneMobile Remote Start on my 2014
