New to me ride delivered today! Intro post...

Needed a bigger family car as the GLA250 my wife adamantly wanted a few years ago wasn't doing to for us anymore. Having owned a few real MBs before, I told her the GLA wasn't going to give her the proper MB experience.
Sold it with about 115k (admittedly) trouble free miles on it, and took delivery of the new car today!

2015 ML350 with 41k miles. Black on Black leather with some notable options:

Panorama Roof
Heater Rear Seats w/ Rear Climate
Interior Ambient Lighting
Stitched Dash / Door Pulls
Xenon Pkg
Park Assist 7& Lane Tracking**Does not have* Eco-Mode ( a + in my opinion)

I thoroughly enjoy wrenching my own cars, and this will immediately need rear pads (the dealer quoted me $804 to change them ), so a great detail and rear brakes are planned for this weekend.
Otherwise any suggestions to maintenance schedule at 41k? I'll do oil this weekend for peace of mind, but when's the next Tranny Flush / Transfer Case and Diff flush / etc. due so that I can prep for those?

Also -- what's the best version of the "GLE" style screen w/ Android. Seen some back and forth on the Green vs Blue OS version, so if anybody and send a link to a proper product that would be great.

A few pics!

Too many german broads
Amg package on the 350s is very hard to find. If you plan to upgrade the screen but want to keep using the NTG OEM side, it may not be a good idea. This is what I wanted to do but reviewing others feedback of it, it seems the aftermarket screen lacks retaining original resolution.

Transmission service I believe should be changed every 60k. Differential and Transfer case service is not listed, but should be changed for piece of mind. Change that with the transmission service at 60k.

Thank you for the feedback on the screen! In all honesty it'll be OEM side 99% of the time, but I think my wife just prefers the GLE look (which was similar to her old GLA with the popped out screen vs. embedded). I did read the threads on resolution issues such as the backup cam looking worse when displayed on the larger android screen.. so we'll probably give it some time. She hasn't even driven the thing yet.

It took a while to find the right car as we both wanted the Xenons, and my *must have* was the AMG pkg sans sidesteps, and hers was Pano and 360* cam. So this car checked all those boxes and then some, so we're pretty happy.

Appreciate the heads up on the svc. intervals!

MB’s
Major upgrade! As you know have a SUV vs a crossover. The off road capabilities are there and the space and comfort will spoil you.

if you're wanting NTG 90% of the time, but the option of using Android from time to time, get one with the BLUE os. The most important difference is that it is STABLE when compared to any of the newer OS's. People keep treating the Android screens like iPads, and they're just not and you read the horror stories here about the OS corrupting, screens filled with Chinese characters, etc etc. If you keep it simple, it will work and you will be happy.

And nice truck. Viva package 876.
