I recently purchased a 2015 ML400 in mint condition other than it having severe curb rash on three of the four wheels. I'm looking to purchase three replacement wheels but new ones are $1300-$1800 ea and I'm having difficulty finding any used ones in mint condition. I've spent quite a bit of time looking on EBay and on some other used wheel aggregator sites but again.. most are in fair to good condition but none are in like new condition other than those that are reconditioned. I'm concerned that if I purchase a reconditioned wheel it's also likely to have some underlying defects (otherwise why would they have to have been reconditioned). Does anyone have any recommendations for where I can find the replacement wheels I'm looking for? My wheels are P/N 166 401 2002, Hollander Number 85295, in High Gloss Polished Silver (Mercedes color code 7X25).
If it's just curb rash and you need three of them, the cheapest and safest option by far is to have all four of yours refinished by a professional wheel repair / refinishing shop. Otherwise you can just buy a quality aftermarket set of wheels (not cheap replicas).
Can you accept the graphite+machined face finish, or black+machined face finish? I see those on eBay all the time for ~$300 each. The silver-only finish seems harder to come by.

I haven't looked lately, but I HIGHLY doubt that you can get genuine Mercedes wheels for $300 each unless something is wrong with them. You can't even get cheap Chinese replicas for that much. Even used (scratched / curbed) or damaged and repaired wheels (which I wouldn't drive on if someone paid me the money) sell for twice that.
If scratches from being curbed is the only damage (i.e. cosmetic only - no structural damage, runoff or wobble when you throw them on the balancer), get ALL FOUR refinished so they'll end up looking the same.

One of the wheels is missing a small chunk of metal on the outside edge so it will need to be replaced but the others can likely be refurbished assuming it’s safe to grind off enough metal to remove all the road rash. I’ll post some pictures to see what everyone’s thoughts are.

Not to intend that this is the norm, but some guy on fb marketplace was selling MINT GLE350 wheels in TN for $400 for all 4. I had someone that I know that drives up to where I am from there a couple times a year pick them up for me and drive them over the next time they came down. So now I use those wheels as my winter wheels.

The outer lip, i.e. the part that gets scratched up when you curb it, can be fixed (they will fill it in first before refinishing). The ones that are being sold for $500 have all likely had similar or worse issues before being refinished.

Someone really beat the hell out of them, but all are easily repairable by any proper rim shop. They are aluminum rims, no magic MB sauce. They will weld and add material to the lip.
If the first pic shows the one with the worst damage, that is easily fixable by a rim repair specialist. That part of the wheel is not structural so I wouldn't have any reservations about getting all of them fixed and repainted. It is going to cost you less than to buy one refurbished wheel from eBay.
