Correct Tire Pressure for AMG GLE 20" Wheels

I've read a bunch of threads here and it sounds like somewhere in the mid to high 30s is a good psi for 20" AMG GLE wheels with 255/45/20s? I had 19" wheels on before on 255/50/19s which were obviously more comfortable with the lower wheels size and the bigger tires. Just trying to make the ride a little more comfortable. It's my wifes car so most of the time it's just her, but occasionally her, my one year old and myself will take it on the weekends. 2014 ML 350.

Just use the pressures on the fuel cap door depending on load and you should be golden.

I would assume it might be different though as those numbers are probably referencing the stock 19s and stock tires that comes stock?

Ah I see, do 2.4 bar which is approximately 35 psi to 36 psi. It still depends on driving style, a good balance between handling, driving comfort, road noise and tire wear. Add 1 or subtract 1 psi as needed.

I personally recommend 36 psi or higher at least due to the low profile and the size of the wheels to protect the wheels from potholes. That said, check the tire pressures cold as driving can raise it up 3-4 psi, 36 psi I meant by cold tire pressures. Remember temperatures also affect tire pressure so if you usually drive in the morning, slightly higher tire pressure because it is colder in the morning but if you only drive near noon, slightly lower.

We actually took the ML out today and the car read 50 psi all the way around when warm . I think I'll get them down to somewhere between 36 and 40 cold.

50 is way too much that is crazy. yup, start with 36 and see how you like it, do 38 if you load a lot of stuff a lot of time.

Thank you for the responses! I feel as it's harder to get info on this model that's getting a little dated.
