Help me pick wheels for my car, please!

Ok, well...so far I haven't found any wheels for the CL that I just HAVE to have. But, anything has to be better than the look of the stockers I have. So, I would appreciate if you guys would add your comments on the wheels...and please excuse my poor photoshop skills, this was all done in Paint, so I already know they don't look good...but you get the idea. The only wheels I will not consider are the AMG split spokes...just too common for what I'm going for. At the moment, I think I am leaning toward the V713s...but I dunno...

Also, several of the pictures are not of my car, but I needed to use black CLs for the proper effect...but if you are the owner of one of these cars and want the picture removed, let me know.

EDIT: I added CCW 505a's to the picture list...but I don't know how to edit the poll, so if you vote for them just post it up!

After looking more closely, I think I like the 818's the best of the bunch, wish they were offered in 19", but I guess 18s are still not bad (at least tires will be easy to find). The Mono V's do seem a bit too chunky.

Not really sure I have a max. If I could find wheels I LOVED I would probably pay whatever the cost. As for right now, for instance, I don't really LOVE any of them as the wheel design I would like isn't made...so that's why I'm staying cheap for now...just something to tide me over.

What did you have in mind?

I would without a doubt be looking at a 19" 1 piece forged rim...much stronger and lighter then a cast wheel and much stronger then a 3 piece forged. My wheels are discontinued but if I had to do it over again I would be looking at CCWheels....

I had CCW's drag pack on my Firebird for a while before I went to the Billet Specialities...they are good wheels, just not sure if I like any of their styles on my car; but I'll take another look.

I added CCW 505a's to the first post.

I like them as well...I just don't love them. My thing is...IF I loved them, I would buy his wheels right now. However, I don't like them $1,700 better than the 818s, if that makes sense.

BTW, the wheels I chopped onto my car are from your pictures in the V12TT section...hope you don't mind.

I like the CCW 505a's out of that list.

Give Derrick at D2 autosport a call. They've got a bunch of newly released wheels that look fantastic.

Nothing to do with my sale but...

The R5s look the best on the CL imho. The 818s make the car look dated.

I would get the CCw 505A's out of that list if no R5s. Good luck with the purchase!

I like your Rads...I'm just too much a tightwad for them...haha!

I actually like the 818s, but I would actually like to see an 818/Euro63 crossbred wheel...call me classless!
