If you own a 600/65 V12TT get the "Latest" SPEEDRIVEN TCU

Period/Flatout best mod I've ever personally installed on ANY car (Yes it rivals ECU tune, the delivery & NEW available Monstrous/TQ vs stock TCU shifting prog is incomparable)

The shear terror unleashed by having this TCU mod is hard to put into words, I'm embarrassed to think I used to think this car was fast basically feels like the rear end is trying to rip the front end in half attempting to stand on its end. The new Power unleashed early in ALL gears is intoxicating...

Now TRUE manual mode is enabled in cluster, by selecting thru C/S buttons
ALL shifts are firmed up like the AMG Speedshift ONLY A LOT fASTER + the pesky TQ limiters are GONE!

Marcin, of SPEEDRIVEN has lifted the TQ limiters so the TCU/ECU/ESP intrusion/TQ limiting in the 1st 800 or so RPM's that happens in every gear is NO longer, it's unreal.

I couldn't believe the difference in overall acceleration, freeway was totally empty, I slowed to 30mph Sport mode 1st gear slowly rolled into full throttle never before has it thrown me back or taken my breath so violently for prolonged moments before, then WHAP 2nd gear it starts ALL over the pull is their again early in rpm's pinning you completely back to seat the entire ride, WHAP 3rd gear same freight train TQ blasting your back

(I'm thinking this is great! Love this mod, & not expecting 4th or 5th to pull freaky hard too but ohh hell yes they do I kept her pegged to 160ish It was still violently accelerating but damned speedo stops counting @ 160, I'm de-limitted I prolly hit 170-175 & coasted to 65 mph(in Mexico) the whole time w/this goofy look on my face.

I could go on & on, if you think your Tuned/modded 600/65 is the shizzy get this LATEST Version TCU from SPEEDRIVEN & report back here, I gotta admit I've been in some fast cars in my day (1 particular APS C6 Corvette TT w/built/forged motor made about 890 BHP it was the ONLY car until NOW that when I got out of it my hands were shaking for minutes afterwards...

Install is a snap, I was a full tard asking Marcin everything twice, but it's quite novice proof... That's it I'm gonna go wreak some havoc, feels like I bought a much faster/shifting/accelerating car that looks just like my old one

Thank you Marcin!!! Go get yours next!
SPEEDRIVEN's LATEST TCU program for SL/CL/SSoon for EV12 too

Ahh yes, that version is basically what they put stock into the 65 AMG models, this TCU from SPEEDRIVEN has the torque limiters removed HUGE difference, & further advanced faster shifts etc... I have NO affiliation w/SPEEDRIVEN, just passing along a great mod for ANY 600/65 platform.

He he he

I took your advise and snagged the ECU/TCU tune and IC Pump from Marcin... Talk about customer service! I feel like flying upstate just to shake his hand and hug him...all in anticipation of this setup. In the future I will also get the upgraded intercooler. Think I'll have to find a dyno nearby to document it all... as we love pretty little spec sheets. Thanks for the GLOWING review Thericker it was your testimonial that turned me on to Marcin.

Your post isn't quite clear? Have you had a chance to drive it w/new SPEEDRIVEN ECU/TCU yet Yes Dyno's are fun but take her to the track when you get the time it's the REAL proof, I've been trying to get my SL to the 1/4 for some time now but the wait will soon be over...

I'm very interested in the question asked by 2003 S600, How does this tune and setup compare?

From what I hear, this new one is cheaper and gives more power. No ttv12s have blown up yet that I know of. What kind of gas milage are you guys getting? I get 10 city and 15 hwy.

S65, ECU & TCU tune just a few weeks ago with the flash loader.

Getting ~11.5 city and 17.5 on ALL hwy. Going to replace my fuel filter soon, car has 56k miles on it.

I've searched all over, but can't find the answer. Are the 600 and 65 drivetrains identical? Same transmission, rearend, etc?

HA!

It really only took 30 minutes of talking to you, to realize that not only was this something that I wanted, but something that I NEEDED.

You sir, are my new drug dealer. And my drug of choice is TORQUE! Followed closely by crack cocaine, but that's an entirely different thread.

Looking forward to getting everything buttoned back up and turning the key.
