Attempt to Fab Quad Inter-coolers
1. Instead of the crazy piping that is used to connect the IC that Brabus created. I was thinking of just to create a Y pipe off the original IC and extend across the top to the second pair of IC.
2. Mounting the two new IC by extending bars welded to the old IC, instead of whatever Brabus did. ( I may see where it will be hard to work on the engine because of that... open to ideas)
3. Keep the same type of split y-pipe off the turbo's to slow down air as it enters the quad IC ( idea from the cooling topic , sorry can't remember who made the remark off the top of my head)
4. My hardest issue is how to feed it to the engine, brabus seems to just use a arched design, I was thing of just merging 2 y-pipes together by creating a feed that is similar to the original feed into the throttle body but with a extended arch. so eventually a odd shaped X-pipe and a Y-pipe.
5. I have a Johnson 30 pump, it may not be powerful enough so a additional pump could be implemented.
6. after speaking with shardul a lot, a set up of duel IC/HE to cool the quad system.
These are my first thoughts so feedback would be great. and of anymore has more photo's of the Brabus would be even more helpful.
Thanks

I sent the work order to a few places in Houston to see if they can fab the hosing needed. So far most have not replied.
Dd however run into the problem of room for both inter-coolers and the scorpion intake.
I have however ordered the euro charged HE and a trunk tank and will have the installed on by the end of the week.
Now the car is running again this project is first priority, until my trans gives out... I'd give it 2 months, and its time for rebuild and more clutch packs...
