Have you seen one?

I was in NYC this over weekend. I saw the real thing parked in front of Trump tower. It was cooler than seeing Johnny Depp (he was at the Ritz when we saw him). Anyhow, I wonder if any one who has seen it in the flesh has an opinion. I did not care for it in pictures. Out on the street it looked clean, sleek, and less over the top than a RR or Bently. If 400k was like 40k to me I could see having one of these. It's cheaper than a jet or a yacht.

saw one as we were leaving Shaq's party at the playboy mansion back in Feb during NBA all star weekend. the driver was cool, he turned on the interior lights and let us check out the interior. not too shabby.

I saw once about three months back, but here's the crazy thing....i live in freakin Iowa. I mean honestly, who in their right minds would live in iowa if they had the money for a maybach? And the sad part? it was parked in a handicapped spot in the mall, and the owner had a plastic gorcery bag hanging from the gear selector as a trash recepticle... I almost cried. anyway, yeah i've seen one, and it was t*ts.

Did you notice if it had Iowa plates though?

I've seen them at auto shows, and maybe 5 at the dealer I work at. I've driven 2 of those 5. But for actually seeing them on the road, being driven by their owners, I have yet to see one.

I didn't think to check what state the plates were, though it did have normal plates. this one definitely looked "lived in" though

The one I saw was probably one of the first in the states, not to mention the 24 inch wheels! It was some basketball players @ 310 motoring, really dope though.

Ive seen and driven both the 57 and 62. I have encountered about 5 57s and drove them, and 3 62s and drove them. Very sweet and I appreciate the opportunity to work with them and drive them.

Back in December, I threw a little gathering party for me and my friends at a place called "Bahama Breeze" here in Orlando and when I got out of my car and started walking towards the entrance, I saw a blue 350Z and a unusual silver car infront of it that was ****ing huge!

The cop that was watching the cars was a good friend of mine, who is a student at one of my martial arts schools, and he let me look at the interior, etc. But not sit in one. I asked him who's it was, and he said it was Tracy McGrady's!

I was like HOLY SH*T! I went inside, and believe it or not, we were 2 tables away from the man! He was sitting with his girl (sexy!) and another guy with his girl (also very sexy ).

The whole night, I didn't bother the guy... the only thing that sucks is that I didn't get a picture of the car

Later that night, I go online to find out more about the car, and find out that the car was made by Mercedes and is worth enough for me to open a mortgage just for the car

Sweet night though, loved the car... I mean beast!

I've seen a couple

There is one on display at MBSD. When I went to the AMG Challenge and AMG Graduate at the LVMS, they had a 57 and a 62 for all to admire, climb in and play with all the buttons.

The best part was the ride in the 57 on the oval. That thing is so quiet and so smooth, you don't know that you are going over 120 mph . I think Jeremy, one of the pro drivers, had it up around 130 mph or so. He was pointing out a little vibration. They had changed the tires and didn't have a wheel balancer. I think if the wheels had been balanced we would have been up at 150mph.

I saw at least a dozen of both 57s and 62s in NYC.
Even saw one in MB body repair shop (that Maybach took some major body integrity testing - I believe from some kinda truck )
