Vediamo Tutorial - NTG 4.5 Enable MP3 Copy to Register in US cars

This version depicted here is 4.02.02 as I have a C3 and this is the latest version that works with C3.
This tutorial will show how to enable MP3 copy function on NTG 4.5 Music Register that was disabled on US cars.
With vediamo if you are not sure what you are doing STOP, ASK and MAKE SURE before proceeding as you can brick control units and that is expensive.
After you have vediamo installed, licensed and properly configured (I will post about C3 configuration separetly):
1. Open "Vediamo Start Center"
You should see your HW ID in the vediamo server section (Also if you open the information pop-up you should see license available)
2. Open "Ecoute" (The red simulation label is normal)

You can read out the configuration of your modules and save it in case a module later needs replacement and is completely dead.
I haven't had the opportunity to get into DAS developer. There's some sort of developer mode on the new Xentry but it requires a password to log in. Seems to be a local/offline thing but I don't know that password.
From what I've been seeing with my tool, Xentry is very limited in what it can do, mostly reading out fault codes and a few adaptations. Initialisation of new control units, even if your old one is still running has the be done online with SCN coding or logging in to the daimler website.
Vediamo seems like a good way around this if you know what you're doing. Looking around the SdFlash folder I found a huge database of cff files so between those and the ones in the Vediamo project folder (cbf files) I should be covered in case any of my modules decide to bite the dust.
I'd still like to know how to backup my own files though .
