I did not think you could remove the keys unless the car is in park?

I did some searching and it may seem the fix is installing a new shifter assembly. I was able to find a few posts with the same issue as you, same codes showing, but no one ever lists a solution.

Heres a thread about it:

I know, I also searched all similar topics and didn't find an answer, they only wrote about the additional battery, which I replaced because the additional battery error light was on. I already bought such a car, so I don't know when it stopped working.

Heres someone who had issues shifting, i guess they found the issue to be on the steering column. From there posts they seem to have had the same codes you have. May be a place to look.

I did not realize the 2009 E-Class had an electronic shifter. If that is the case, yes, when you turn off the car and remove the key or open the door with Keyless Go, the transmission automatically shifts to Park.

Does the problem only occur when you try to manually shift to Park when stopped, or are there other shifting problems when driving?

there is one more problem, but probably not related to it, jerking when accelerating, only when the gearbox is cold, when it is warm everything is fine
