Hey Mercedes, please help!

Hello everyone,

hope you are having a good time.


I am having an issue having Mercedes Virtual assistance ( hey Mercedes) to work ( “no internet”, it says ).

although having the system connected to the internet via aWiFi (pic provided) but the hey Mercedes stay disconnected and unfunctional showing a crossed network sign.

anyone knows why? Did you come across this issue? And how can I solve it? 😌

not the Virtual assistance !!
Is the vehicle imported or local? Might be a reception issue. Might be not registered properly but the dealership.

OP needs to pay for the MB 3rd party services that are not free.
WIFI Internet does not activate Sce. account.

honestly did not know that even the virtual assistant needs a subscription thu ! That kinda weird really ! 😂
To me it should have been integrated with the main system, not the subsystem ( MBUX )!. Hope they one day regret it and refrain from this kinda attitude! only iffff…. !!!
anyways, I am taking it to the dealer to have it fixed for me 🤞🏾
