Accessing Service Guides in 2025
I'm generally confused about what the modern-day equivalent of WIS is? I understand that in the US there is StartekInfo but for Europe (I'm in the UK) the only route to accessing service related technical material seems to be the Mercedes B2B portal - which is of course catered towards businesses and requires business registration information to get going. How are DIY enthusiasts like me accessing these services nowadays - especially those in Europe?

Interesting - my main incentive for getting a subscription would be the instructional service videos and the new diagrams/interactive vehicle parts selection features. I already have the old 2016 WIS so already have the service documents and don't think much would have changed for my 2015 W205 C300 in terms of those. Were there any other features as part of the subscription that you liked?

Okay so the best way would be for you to buy the software you need. You can get the entire software suite installed for like 100$.
There only thing you would need is a dedicated laptop with a 1TB HDD. Can find one liked aIBM Thinkpad for prolly 100$ on FB marketplace.

So are you saying the WIS 2016 that you have doesn't cover the 2015 w205? I dont have one so I never looked?
