Gas pump cuts off prematurely and multiple times when filling up, B200 (W246)

Whenever I take it to the gas station to get gas, it cuts off after a gallon or two no matter how empty the tank is, especially if I run the gas pump at full speed. If I do run it at full speed it will often spill fuel over the side of the car as it cuts off.
In order to put gas in. the car I have to fill it at a super slow rate, and even that still cuts off towards the end before the tank is full.
Your thoughts please?
Thank you,

(I am in Eastern Europe. We do not have nice seals that go around the pipe like in the US.)

Then tank is unable to vent in or out... ie. burp pressure out.
Canister is located in one of the rear wheel well behind plastic covers.

Pull out vapor canister to empty fuel from it or replace it new if recognized as bad. It maybe a twisted pipe or something unforseen too... meaning this is not a scheduled failure. It's unusual repair.

Vapor cannister. Clean the filter under the valve.
