Black CLK500 For Sale
Hey there everyone,
I have for sale my CLK500 with 67k miles on it with the AMG trim package.
Pay Off amount is $25,374.81, so that's all i want for it, or take over the payments, not looking to make anything off of it.
I recently lost my other car in a shop fire while still owing $10k on it so i'm in some trouble, been trying to sell the Benz for a while no but just haven't had any luck, so, please help me if you can, the Benz has treated me very well while i've had it, i love it but it's too expensive for me to keep, i'm 21, i would have been fine if the other car sold but i can't afford both, i would like to see the Benz go to a good home

Looks like the falling economy is not going to treat you well either. The private party value for your car, even in excellent condition is around $16650 (KBB.com)... You may want to look at options. Mercs don't hold their value well...

It took me like 3 months to sell my 04 CLK 55 Fully Loaded,with 2600$ worth of aftermarket wheels,1200$ exhaust system,custom lights etc...
After having it up for sale for 29.000$ i ended up selling it for 25.250$
And that was the best offer ever in the 3 mos.
I got offers like 15,16-21!!

I bought the car 6 months ago for 25k plus 2.5k warranty, i would have been fine with the payment if my other car sold but it burned down in a shop fire, it's a mess, i still owe money on the other car, i can afford one or the other, but not both and since the other one doesn't exist anymore, this one has to go, i love it though and it's hard but it has to go

Yeah i bought it about 6 moths ago but i'm just having finacial issues and i NEED it gone, for anyone who's interest, the car is also posted on sellitnowmotors.com they offer 100% financing to anybody, price on there is $26k but all negotiations go through me so the price is as stated above

Not trying to be a smartazz but your first mistake was buying it at Carmax. Where in NC did you buy it? I live in Charlotte........
I am amazed at folks who go there, pay their non-negotating price, and think they got a deal. I guess I shouldnt be so amazed. Look how many people got mortgages they couldnt afford either. Must be the same folks.......
Actually, prices on Ebay are the most realistic prices you'll see. I compare prices on Ebay with car auction prices and some are very good, not all, but a good deal of the prices listed arent far off from auction prices. Just check out the seller real good.
Speaking of Carmax, I took my 97 E420 to them to get their "buy it now" offer price about a month ago just for laughs and giggles. I am not selling my car but needed to waste some time one afternoon. They offered me $1,700! Now granted my 420 has 170,000K on it but its one of the nicest, cleanest, stock 420's on the road today and looks as good as most of the cars on their lot. One owner, prior to me, and garaged its entire life. $1,700! Who are they kidding. Then I looked at some of the cars on their lot and was shocked at the prices they had marked on them. Talk about gettin laid away..................

I'm with you on that man, they screw everyone over every chance they get, you know how you get the 5 day test drive, on the sixth day, got back from out of town, took the car back because i didn't want it then they wouldn't take it back, appraised it and said they would give me 17k, i couldn't believe what i was hearing, total BS, i made a big mistake just like many other in my life, i don't think you are a smart ***, you are right, carmax sucks but it suckered me in, i was 20 and stupid, got a better head on me now, had a few hit's from the web site i have posted so we will see, one guy offered me $21,500 cash but it's not even what i owe so i couldn't do it

just a my 2 cents, get rid of it for 21,500 because if you dont get rid of it now then it will keep on losing value and you will never get your payoff amount. Get rid of it pay off the balance somehow and atleast you will be out of a big mess.

I actually took it back to carmax and told them to shove it and gave them the key, it's a hit on my credit but I know someone on the inside repairing my credit so it's all good!!
