I havent seen an 05 w/36k for low 30's besides the one that is posted on the W211 forums...I think the sellers price is very reasonable

Thats just the factory warranty which is 4yrs/50k. Since its a 2005 i'm assuming Mar. 09' is when the factory warranty is up. OP can correct me if i'm wrong though.

Price is still high relative to Auction / Wholesale. But some may not want to do the Auction deal and this may be a one owner car. Seller is open to reasonable offers though.

I bought it in June of this year and I am now the 2nd owner. Emotional buy and I do not need this vehicle, although I love it.

Good point - Drivers side door was repainted (not replaced) before I bought it. I bought it anyways since the quality was as good as it was according to the "paint meter" and it looks like new. I bought it over 4 other ones in the area. I purchased it from the dealer and vehicle is pristine.

Last Chance before I take this thing to the Dealer and take their trade offer. Looking for $34,500. Dealer will give me a 33K check without purchasing a vehicle from them. Probably not a terrible deal but I would like to see someone get this car at a good price direct from me rather than the dealer hassle. $$34,500. Thanks!
