Unfortunately, I need to sell my 2004 E55 as we are planning an addition to our family and need a larger car.

2004 E55 w/ Mercedes Benz warranty up to March 1, 2011 ($4k add'l cost)
Black on Black
Miles: 42k
Condition: Excellent (and I am nitpicky)
OPTIONS:
Navigation
Active ventilated front seats (a must for a black interior car)
6 disc changer
339 (Bi-Xenon lights and headlight washing system)
Power rear window sunshade
Electronic trunk closer
Sunroof
Black birdseye maple trim
Interior mood lighting

Car is very clean and has newer Pirelli PS2 rear tires. Recently had Vadim (Vrus) install pulley, Powerchip tune, and Johson water pump, but I can return to stock if buyer prefers this.
Car is driven by my wife 98% of the time and she babies it (rear tires lasted almost 30k miles). She wanted a sportier car as she's jealous of my high-powered exotics so I purchased this for her. I am well aware that many of the E55's on the road are driven hard, taken to the strip/track, or driven very aggressively on the street. My E55 is DEFINITELY NOT in this category....

*Always been services and maintained at Mercedes dealerships and have all service records/documentation for this car.

Priced to sell: $31,500. Wanted to list it here first before I list it with other sources.

Thanks for all of your emails and pms. I appreciate your interest. One of the questions that is coming up is what would I sell the car for without any warranty. The bottom line is that I can get reimbursed by Mercedes for the unused portion of my warranty. If you want to buy the car without the 2 yr extended warranty, I can sell if for $28k. I have yet to see a 2004 in this condition go for that low. If you want the 2 yr extended warranty through 2011, I will sell it for $31,500. Again, I have yet to see an 2004 with 2 yr extended warranty go for this low.

A receiving a few inquiries, I am going to post some more pictures of the interior shortly. The interior is very clean. I am not sure if anyone has even sat in the back seats and my wife (primary driver) weighs under 110lbs so there is no bolster wear, etc..

I listed it and within a week had several offers and before the end of the week had a deposit and the car sold!

And honestly... how many times did you have to try to get the picture of the ///AMG logo on the COMAND system? The ///AMG logo is only there for a split second. lol
