F/S: 2004 Mercedes E55

Hi everyone,
I am selling my 2004 E55 W/ 48K Miles.
The car is in Excellent Mechanical and Cosmetic Condition.
Clean carfax. NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT.
Always serviced at the local Mercedes-Benz Dealer.
Heated Seats / Dynamic Seats.
It has a ECU upgrade....
494HP
Adult owned and driven. never been abused.
The car is 10 out of 10.

No warranty but its in excellent condition. Had it inspected at the dealership.

Unfortunately yes. I've also posted on autotraders.com and someone told me they saw it on craigslist Florida? and craigslist Los angeles. I've contacted craigslist but havent got any response back and flagging the scam adds doesn't make them go away for good.. seems like the recession got to the ******* who is doing this. Thanks for letting me know though.
The car still available and its in LOS ANGELES NOT FLORIDA, and i reduced the price to $26000, Thanks!!!!!
