FS, 2008 ML320 CDI.
Excellent condition, 35,500 miles. Premium Package II, almost every option available. Including DVD Navigation, back up camera, Bi-Xenon curve illumination headlights, Bluetooth, iPod integration kit, 6 CD changer, Harman/Kardon sound w/Dolby 5.1, power folding mirrors, heated front seats, rain-sensing wipers, autodimming mirrors, power lift gate, front and rear skid plates, appearance package, sunroof, towing package. Always garaged, non-smoking, no pets, no accidents, no issues. Looks, runs, and smells new. Maintenance records available, all done on or ahead of time with only OEM parts. Not a Bluetec, so no urea tank to worry about and it has spare tire! (Bluetecs have a urea tank that takes the place of your spare and you have to use run flat tires, which are expensive, limited to find and poor ride quality.)
Full factory warranty remaining until 5/2012 or 50,000 miles.
Get the last of the great diesel Mercedes. Clean, quiet, and very fuel efficient. Low 20s around town and up to 30 mpg on the highway. Traveled from Salt Lake City to Tucson (751 miles) on one tank and averaged 30.4 mpg!!!
A new ML with these same options would MSRP over 62k.
Extras:
Recent brake pads installed to decrease brake dust. Axxis deluxe advanced ceramic brake pads. Wheels always look great.
All weather mats for front, middle and rear. Carpet mats have never been used.
Hardwired for Valentine One radar.
New OEM 2010 ML350 wheels and tires (Michelin Latitude tour HP) put on at 30,000 miles and are in new condition with little wear.
Original wheels have Toyo Observe studless snow tires used for 3000 miles and new TPMS. Wheels, tires and TPMS valued at $4000 and can be purchased for $1500. These are also in excellent condition. Buyer of the vehicle has first right of refusal.
Performance suspension parts purchased but never installed: H&R lowering springs, front Bilstein HD shocks, rears are back ordered and should be in by November. Offered to buyer of the vehicle for half of new price.

Bump because I now have the rear Bilstein shocks sitting in my garage.
So the full suspension upgrade is avaliable to the buyer of this SUV.
Several folks have asked about the wheels/tires and the suspension but they will be for sale if a prospective buyer of the ML does not want them.
It has taken me 6 months the get these rear shocks
