it should sell..... that site has grown like crazy of the past few years and now with their auction section I have see a lot of good cars make good money.
I have a friend from the CT MB club, pretty old guy, here in CT selling his 05' in blue with 45K on it....PM me for his email if interested in more details. It was on the STAR classifieds over the summer btw but got no interest, prolly due to his asking price which is negotiable (now) he said.
The guy has very bad hearing, he's in prolly nearing 80 years old...so he only wants to deal via email, which I know sounds odd. The car is almost in perfect shape. he was asking 35K for it which is too much (for me) but maybe not for someone who really wants one badly. I have the VIN somewhere and will post when I find it. 2 owner car I believe....

Response I got was:
popsmiddle06457
Middletown Connecticut $35,000 I have all maintenance records for the last 7 years
Nothing else, no pictures....
It wasn't/isn't BS, its just the guy is pretty old and is now going deaf, that's why no phone calls. The repairs 'look' well done...but I have yet to really look at it closely or from underneath tho I've seen it at GTGs several times.
It's about 20 minutes from me if someone wants local eyes on it, LMK.
Its not worth what he's asking for it, not even close IMO. Low 20s...
She is sold and off to sunny Arizona. Thanks guys and gals for any and all leads and help that were sent our way.
2008 E63 Wagon headed to Sunny Arizona!
Just an FYI I also am putting my other personal Black/Black 2007 E63 Wagon with only 52000 miles on the market in the next month. It is loaded (no 3rd row, sorry guys) but has Black Birds Eye, Keyless Go, Remote Start, Lighting package, Sat, Phone, Bi-Xenon etc. It is lowered with wheels right now so will be putting back to stock but if anyone is interested PM me and I will get you some pics.
Interesting '08 just outside of Austin -- black with tan interior and striking carbon trim (which looks to be in pretty poor condition, judging by several visible cracks). I've never seen this trim on a wagon.

Its interesting how short the ownership cycles have been for some of the S211 E55/E63 Wagons that have surfaced in the past two-three years. We're seeing the same cars resurface but we're rarely seeing one-owner cars being listed. I believe this is one factor in why the S211/E63 Wagon market has cooled after being very strong (the other reason is simply that no sub-50k mile/outstanding examples have been listed). If a low mileage E55/E63 Wagon appears for sale, interested buyers should move quickly and not hesitate to pay a premium because it could be several months or years before another hits the block.

Someone should immediately click the Buy it Now button on this auction without thinking twice. Great one-owner example that was owned in Marin, CA for its entire life and with no accident history:

fwiw, I bought mine directly from the same dealership a couple of years ago w/ around the same mileage for almost $10k less. One owner. And mine has 3rd row seats. Just saying...
