FS: '05 E55 w/warranty
Getting laid off and decided to go back to school. So I'm letting the beast go.
Car is located in the Portland, OR area.
2005 E55
flint grey
charcoal interior
49,7xx miles
transferable warranty good until 11/2012 or 100,000 miles
pano roof
nav
heated/cooled seats
parktronic
The car is mechanically stock.
It has a Prior Design front bumper and 360Forged Concave Multi wheels. The bumper just got put on maybe 50 miles ago and the wheels/tires have only about 200 miles on them.
Car is in beautiful condition with the exception of 2 dings (shown in a picture below). It has been rock solid its entire life.
Price: FIRM.... please no low ballers or comments about what anyone "thinks" its worth.
$36,000 with the 360Forged wheels (wheels and tires retail for ~$7500 new)
$33,000 with the stock wheels
I have a Eurocharged 180mm pulley, tune, HE and cm30 pump that can be worked into the deal. These were never installed.
Here are the two dings I mentioned earlier. One right on the wheel arch and the other is about 10" above it.

w0w ya just popped up on autotrader. He kept his wheels, but can't see the broker gave him all that much for the car. Wish folks that were desperate would share that fact, vs giving a good car to a broker for a song. (If that is what happened, no idea!)

I didn't do as bad as a lot of you may think.
I wasn't desperate by any means to get rid of it. They actually offered me a fair price for it on trade. Considering I was getting offers from the forum for the same amount with the wheels and the warranty. They had a Cayman I was interested in and it was easier to just trade it in than wait for a real offer.
Once I sell the wheels and get a refund for the remainder of the warranty I'll have gotten just as much, if not a little more, than what I would have let it go for if someone would have made a decent offer.
Fact is that people wanted to offer me wholesale prices with the wheels and the warranty. I accepted 2 offers of $33k but the financing fell through both times. Everyone else was offering me well under that with all the extras.
I was more than willing to negotiate, but I got nothing but low ball offers and a million PM's asking what my lowest price was. I even got 3 offers of under $20,000 with the stipulation "let me know if you get desperate."
I swear the art of negotiation is dead. Everyone just wants a steal (which I understand to an extent).
