Factory bumper to bumper warranty to 100,000 Miles or 2016 (This was a $5,000 warranty that was purchased a few months ago)
This is a loaded ML63 and in awesome condition. No accidents, still has new car smell. This is one of the cleanest, straightest ML63 that you will find. Owned by my father (in his 60s) who is gentle on his cars and treats them right.

What gives? I thought these were pretty rare and highly sought after for those AMG fanatics with growing familys. Buy this and keep the kids entertained in the back with movies on the headrest screens and, when the kids aren't in the car, destroy a vette on your way to get milk.

Amazing car and super rare.
With that said, there is an 09' with all the "upgrades" on ebay with basically the same millage and only a couple grand more. (Asking $49K or "make offer"). Upgraded wheels, nav, video, dash, body, etc..
Your ride looks as clean as they come for an 08 and if that price was a bit more realistic I bet it would have sold 5 times over.

That being said, it does have more miles and doesn't specify what warranty remains. I'd be willing to bet it's only the balance if the factory 4 year/50,000 mile warranty. That's doesn't give much of a cushion. In contrast, this '08 has the MB Extended Warranty to 100K miles or 2016. That's as good as they come and would cost you $5,000.
Price is $45K, but is open to reasonable offers. With the exception of a realistic, ballpark offer received today, all the other offers have been well below what the local Benz dealer has offered on trade.

Yeah the warranty is a must for sure. I need to keep that in mind. Even if I find a lower priced ride I have to factor the warranty. It's the first and best mod for these cars.

Also, do you know if the brushed diffuser in the 09 and this plastic one in the 08 one are interchangeable? It's one of the nicer upgrades from the 07-08 to the 09+. That and the skinny headrest TV's!

That's a good question. The ML 63 emblem is also missing from the hatch. Knowing the previous owner, who is most meticulous and particular car person I know, I don't believe there has been any paint work as he wouldn't have owned it. Also, there is no indication of any paint work, anywhere. I will ask the previous owner about this tomorrow though, but I'm thinking he debadged it at one point which he has done on other vehicles of his.

I talked to the previous owner today. He confirmed my suspicions that there has never been any paint work ever done on this car. He informed me that he removed the badges the day he bought it, and put them back on when he planned to sell. Any dealer or carfax background should only reveal a pristine example of an ML63, which it is.

Yes, he bought it from a friend of the family who has a healthy stable of exotics and only buys and owns the nicest examples. That is why this is the second AMG my father has purchased from this person and the reason I correctly presumed there was no paint work.

Price drop to $41,000.
Price drop to $41,000. Mileage is unchanged as it's sitting in a garage waiting for a new owner. I started it up the other day and drove it a few blocks to take some more pictures.
