Hello,
I have a beautiful 1990 560 SEC available. Appx 114k miles.
You won't find many SEC's in as good condition as this one. I have most all of the service records.
The car runs great. No real problems.
As it is a 23 year old car, there are very minor issues to address. Most can be done DIY.
They are:
One rear window will not go down.
The seal around the motorized antenna needs replacing and the antenna itself does not go all the way in.
There is a very very slight oil/fluid leak near the front left wheel. I have simply not taken the time to identify the source as it is so slow.
Last thing I can think of is that the headliner is falling in some areas. I rarely even notice it as it is mostly over the rear seat.

Your oil leak adjacent to the front left wheel is probably the steering box.
These are wonderful cars and offer a great driving experience.
Yours is in beautiful condition and love that mushroom interior.
Good luck on the sale. I have observed that the prices of these Gen C126 Coupes are on the rise (slowly, but still on the rise).

I don't know what it is, but when I was shopping for this car, all the clean ones were being scooped up. Now I can't seem to give this one away.
Car is still for sale.
Price is lowered to $6750.
Any interest? What's keeping you away?
