I think there used to be a time when Mercedes Benz would issue these awards if you drove a combination of Mercedes that many miles.

I sold our 1999 ML430 and it had 116K miles on it. I am sure it would have gone for alot more, but I got a sweet deal on a ML55 which is a beast!

My ML430 = 112K and still runs like new - not that it hasn't had a constant barage of recalls and piddly crap repaired since new in 2001, but the drivetrain has been solid.

You do know these things were supposedly "engineered" for 1 million miles if PM'd right - notice they even have an odometer that goes to 1,000,000? At least that's what the engineering dept claimed in 98 or so when they were first new to the market. We'll see I guess. There have been claims on the various forums of some ML's already in the 400K ranges and still going strong.
