Is there life after 100k?
Please tell me there is another ML55 on this board with a 100k miles at least?

You're acting like hitting 100K miles is a bad thing. Be glad. In 55K more miles, you'll be eligible for the first MB High Mileage Award.

1996 - C220/2001 - ML430/ 2005 RX-330
My ML430 = 112K and still runs like new - not that it hasn't had a constant barage of recalls and piddly crap repaired since new in 2001, but the drivetrain has been solid.
You do know these things were supposedly "engineered" for 1 million miles if PM'd right - notice they even have an odometer that goes to 1,000,000? At least that's what the engineering dept claimed in 98 or so when they were first new to the market. We'll see I guess. There have been claims on the various forums of some ML's already in the 400K ranges and still going strong.
