Tranny ECU reset
Anyone else want to give it a try
Please post your results.1. Turn the ignition key to the on (not start) position.
2. Press the gas pedal to the floor and hold for five seconds.
3. Turn the key to the "off" position (don't remove the key), then release the gas pedal.
4. Wait at least two minutes for ECU to reset.

exhibit harsh down shifting. if end user has the ability to erase in the field
vs taking to dealer, this is a definite plus. also, one may periodically feel
the urge to test the performance characteristics of the car/engine/trans-
mission eg how low an ET. in other words, you're feeling your oats. having
the ability to clear is quick and easy.
in other words, it is not required action, but it can be overwhelming convenient,
under certain circumstances....and a huge time saver.
