07 ml63, 06 CTT, 05 G500, 06 M6, 06 LX470, 05 X5 4.8is
Problem Ml63!!!!
today as i reached 155mph my instrument cluster gone crazy
!speed become to '0', and 4 warning messages:
ABS doesnt work
ESP doesnt work
speedtronic doesnt work
tempomat doesnt work..
and also wheel is really heavy to turn....
and it was dangerous to brake without esp and abs...
and when i stopped i restarted car and everything was ok.
but today my car have the same problem when i was driving and when i restarting it doesnt change..
what it could be?
when i called to my service they said that sometimes it could be and they know this problem from mb w220 and they just advised to disconnect battery for 2 minutes.
i hate it!!!

Wild. I hope mine doesn't behave the same. At 180mph. I just finished a 1500 km run through the Kootneys. There were some crazy corners and great passing opportunities. While we never got to 155 mph we pushed it real hard for 2 straight days. The ML63 was flawless. When the little 6 second 0-60 cars tried to play they were left behind so fast it was crazy. This truck loves to fly. Passing three cars with no room we too easy. The suspension is perfect over the bad and unexpected bumps when cornering hard at speed.

Could very well be. However, you can only be sure what it was if the dealer stardiagnoses the car. So tell them to get their heads out of their asses and start diagnosing the bloody car!

Does AMG still use the 155mph speed limiter as they did on the early models,If so it could just be loss of communication between the computer that shut down and the other ecu's....Either way they should fix the damn thing instead of telling you that paid a ****load for the thing to disconnect the battery for 2 minutes..

yes they do limit it to 155, however you can have it removed by amg, my dad did this with his ml6.3 .

I was THIS close to shttng my pants at 130mph the other day! Little red distrionic light going off like crazy on the dash. Granted it was on a 60mph zone. During rush hour. But still!!
