2011 ML63
copied from a previous post.

On the ML63, to turn ESP completely off is called dyno mode. To do that you put the key in the ignition and turn it only to the first click, or with Keyless Go, push the button one time. The menu in the multifunction display needs to be on the one where it displays the miles. When it is, you push the "R" or reset button (in the instrument cluster) three times and then you will hear a beep and it will show the voltage. Then pressing the up arrow button you can navigate around it that menu and you will see a choice for ESP.....blah blah, you then use the + and - buttons to turn it to the option saying .......on. And youre all done. When you turn on the car, you will get error messages for ESP, BAS, and ABS. Keep in mind though that when you do this, those safety features are completely off and unavailable. To turn it off and put it back in its regular mode, you do the same thing that you did to turn it on.

Look in your manual

dyno mode..
Have you taken a track school?
without it on you can end up *** around pretty quick.

2000 ML55/Kleeman Headers
Headers

Well the kleeman headers are for added flow when I put the powerdyne supercharger on as for adding headers without adding the charger I wouldn't. I also dont recommend changing the exhause up too much as I have lost 2 miles per gallon with a series 40 flowmaster racing cats and Kleeman Headers. Without a dyno I cant figure out why unless it is because of a loss of backpressure. I left the resonator on though. Sounds cool. So I got 20 inch ADR Propulsion rims on also. 265/50/20

not possible for the ML55... no dyno mode existed... if you can feather the throttle just right you can break em loose and keep it going for a long while. Best bet is if you pull a brake sensor you will shut everything off...

did you tune it as well or just changed up the headers?
