Update on Renntech R3+ M157 build (W166 GLE63S)!
New BBK coming in from Racing Brakes 17" 6Pot and rear rotors for better braking performance and weight reduction. The 722.9 transmission upgrade is currently being finished and ready to send back for installation. As for now, stage R3+ turbochargers, bigger intercooler/pump upgrade, new diverter valves also provided by Renntech and a seperate Ecu custom tuned for Ms109 (both Ecu's, daily driver and race applications are custom tuned by RT's developers over at FL). These mods are already assembled waiting for the tranny to arrive. Can't wait to throw that beast on the dyno and keep y'all posted with numbers and graphs! Sneak peak of RB's front caliper on their BBK and their rear rotors (Which I believe are stock size rotors but thickness differs).

I've seen alot of M157 builds and personally drove a 15' Ml63 pp performance stage III it was amazing to have that much power and tq in a 2.5 ton Suv. The engine did blow sadly lol. I was on down pipes ecu flash and bmc filters and was at the 574 hp 684 tq on all 4 wheels running vp101 on a hot day... so I guess we'll wait and see.

From all of us at RacingBrake, we like to extend our congratulations and best wish for a lot of lucks with this first HBK (Huge Brake Kit), the largest brake kit ever built for Mercedes and any other cars in the world.
We are proud to be able to make this option available for those heavy super SUV with large wheels to immensely increase the stopping power and stunning look.
Please share with us how those huge rotors behind the wheels after installed.
Team RB

Strapped on and ready to go! All that's left is to do the transmission adaptations and I'll be throwing that beast on the dyno and having Vbox numbers too. (More pics of the Racing Brake's Huge Brake Kit after slapping on the HRE's)

New Vbox results, 0-100 kmh (approx. 62 mph) 3.88 seconds. 1/4 mile 11.26 @203.9 kmh (127.6 mph). This was done with 60/40 Vp100 and 91 octane mixture in 45 degree SoCal night weather with the daily drive Ecu in. I'm going to try out the 100+ Ecu tomorrow night. I'll keep y'all updated with dyno graphs as soon as I manage to get dyno time, everyone's busy with shift sector. (Sneak peek of RB's HBK and rear rotors behind HRE S201's)

Bisli - great work. I was wondering how the front/rear would look with RB vs AMG, but they are pretty good color matched.
Can you show some pictures of the front caliper a little farther away? I don't think the close-up does it justice of how big it really is compared to the car! That thing and the rotor fills the entire inner wheel!!
The fastners on the wheels tie in well with the 2 piece rotor fastners.
Matte black face and gloss lip is a nice contrast. Black center cap is nice too vs. the classic blue/red one.

"Bisli", Thanks for sharing the world's largest brake kit installation which is truly impressive and filled your 22" wheels very nicely.
Here is a little quiz for everybody:
Do you know even it's 432mm but still weighs less than a C63 stock size rotor at 360mm? and how much.
Can you notice how the rotor looked differently before and after break-in?
