Hello there, its not an heat exchanger. We have been the first company to implement an air 2 air intercooler kit system to the M157, M275 and M177 engines.
No pricing yet kit is not yet fully done. One thing that I can tell you can race your car 10 times after each pull without any cruising in between.
Logs on our M177 kit showed, before and after: +0.1bar boost and waste gate duty -18points in %.from 93% to 75%.
Thanks for sharing your engine rebuild. I recently bend a rod in my M157 and need to sleeve one cylinder in my block. I am doing this myself (limited cash), so I was wondering if there is a part number for Darton sleeve or do you custom order it? Any help would be really appreciated.

I bent a rod on my M157 and need to sleeve a cylinder. Do you have a part number for the sleeves you use or do you custom order them? I have a limited budget and have to do this work myself. If you can help I would really appreciate it a bunch. Thanks

Hello there,
unfortunately you will have some issues doing that. installation of 1 darton sleeve wont be able to make it reliable. additional you will have to use different piston rings on that particular sleeved cylinder. you will end up paying more money doing this job than getting either an used engine or an new engine for like 15k to 18k USD.
