I'm interested but am not sure it will work with my phone and/or car since I'm having problems with my MB puck and this particular phone.
Would you consider a refund if it's not compatible?

Sorry, I'm not in a position to offer refunds if it doesn't work considering you seem to be having other issues with your Comand.

Problems with my command?? No... as stated, I'm having problems with my puck...but I don't see what either has to do with you refunding if it doesn't work.

Regardless, for only $15 dollars more I can buy a brand-new one with a 2-year warranty and thirty day return policy, but I thought I'd help out a fellow forum member and buy yours. I guess I'll go for the new one.

Sorry I mis-interpreted your post and thought you had an undiagnosed issue with your system which was why you were asking if the unit could be returned if it didn't work with your situation. I should have clarified that this is brand new direct from Viseoo with the warranty card and could be returned to Viseoo for a direct exchange if the unit was DOA.

It is sold though, payment received this morning. I could have another onein a couple weeks. I have a reseller relationship with Viseoo and get extras occasionally.

Hmmm... even more confused, then.
If you're a reseller then why no returns through you, and what are "extras"... I mean you sell Viseoo stuff so it's just stock, right?
Lastly, I contacted Viseoo and they tell me there are no US resellers.

I have a relationship with Viseoo that allows me to buy units for my customers and install them and pass the warranty to the customer.
I didn't think anyone would want all the details so I just said "reseller".

No I don't stock anything. As I get a vehicle through my shop that wants one I place an order, the only reason I have any extras s due to a customer backing out on an order for one reason or another.

Is there any other detail you would like me to clear up? I didn't realize I had to post a resume here just to sell something.
I'll go back to eBay and sell them through for $315 like normal I guess, thought I'd be a nice guy and pass a little savings to a forum member, but if this is the grilling I get it isnt worth it.

Yes. That would clear up Viseoo's claim that there are no authorized resellers in the US and advising all people who contact them to buy through the reseller in Great Britain.

Grilling?? LOL... seriously?? Cartronics was here and very active on this board and then disappeared leaving many people in the lurch with paid-for orders and never receiving their products. If you're selling something on here, especially something that's apparently not available in the US, and you're making it an "all sales final" deal, unlike every other reseller on here who at least has a thirty-day return policy, then yeah... you need to answer some questions.
