Problems with my command?? No... as stated, I'm having problems with my puck...but I don't see what either has to do with you refunding if it doesn't work.
Regardless, for only $15 dollars more I can buy a brand-new one with a 2-year warranty and thirty day return policy, but I thought I'd help out a fellow forum member and buy yours. I guess I'll go for the new one.

Sorry I mis-interpreted your post and thought you had an undiagnosed issue with your system which was why you were asking if the unit could be returned if it didn't work with your situation. I should have clarified that this is brand new direct from Viseoo with the warranty card and could be returned to Viseoo for a direct exchange if the unit was DOA.
It is sold though, payment received this morning. I could have another onein a couple weeks. I have a reseller relationship with Viseoo and get extras occasionally.

If you're a reseller then why no returns through you, and what are "extras"... I mean you sell Viseoo stuff so it's just stock, right?
Lastly, I contacted Viseoo and they tell me there are no US resellers.

No I don't stock anything. As I get a vehicle through my shop that wants one I place an order, the only reason I have any extras s due to a customer backing out on an order for one reason or another.
Is there any other detail you would like me to clear up? I didn't realize I had to post a resume here just to sell something.
I'll go back to eBay and sell them through for $315 like normal I guess, thought I'd be a nice guy and pass a little savings to a forum member, but if this is the grilling I get it isnt worth it.
