Hi Everyone, Just bought first ever MB CLA 35 AMG. Enjoying it so far and looking to get it re-sprayed / wrapped in March. Anyone got an opinion on color / example of something they love! I replaced the stock grille with a GT R style grille the minute I got it home Replaced stock grille with GT style grille. Took hours. The back end is the reason I choose this car. Not sure its been done better. Have the night package

I’ve been a scroller on this site for a while and always found so much useful info but thought I’d finally join. Had a few different Mercs so far, started with a W212 e350, then a C205 C300 and now I’ve got a c63s amg Coupe.
Also based in Dubai so if there are any other members from the UAE would be great to know.
Joined the site over the summer as I was searching for which Mercedes I wanted to get.... found out they were bringing the wagon back so I ordered the e63s wagon which has been my dream car for many years. I don't have a car currently, just a few motorcycles...if I need a car, I borrow the wifes truck! Looking forward to learning from this site.

My last activity on the site was December 23, 2005. Needless to say I have been away for quite some time. Yesterday, I placed an order for a new 2023 SL55 AMG. I traded in my 2020 Porsche Taycan. My new car is scheduled for a January build. I was able to get it a MSRP. Who would have thought that buying a car at MSRP would be a victory. I look forward to participating again on the forum.

I am a new to owning a Mercedes Benz. I have been a mechanic most of my life but I have never worked on Mercedes vehicles. I purchase a 2001 s500 w220 with 86,000 miles on it from a lady whose husband had passed away recently and she is ready to move forward. I didn’t want the car at first. They are costly but she begged me to buy it because she knew I would take care of the car. After buying the car and cleaning it up and driving it a while I love the car. It’s comfortable it’s powerful and it’s just an all around nice vehicle. I hope to find my answers here on this site.
My 2023 e53 AMG coupe. Decided to get the Obsidian Black Metallic. The only options I did not get were the soft close doors, the carbon fiber interior (Went with the black ash wood), the upgraded headliner and the rear sunscreen. This is my first Mercedes and am excited to get it.

Hello Everyone. I am Sanjeev, from India, currently residing in Kirchheim, Germany. I own a 2001 C200 CDI in India, and my first car in Germany is also coincidentally a W203, 2006 C200 Kompressor that had 120,000km on the odo.
I started to undertake some visual upgrades since last week & also with the infotainment system.
Being a IC engine development engineer, the engines on both these vehicles are fantastic!! The comfort on the older Mercs are much more than those from today. And not to mention, robust.

Hi, just found a 2001 c240 been in storage most of its life 40k miles looks like new inside and out.The car runs and drives like a new car however now after 20 to 30 minutes it shuts off ,won't start back until it sits for 30 minutes no hard codes runs perfect for another short time.Something heating up the cooling off again???
