BMW has "RealOEMOnline" that is a GREAT source for identifying BMW parts. Is there a similar site for MB that anyone can point me toward?
Thank you!

Having owned several W210 sedans and wagons, I took the plunge and bought a 2008 E5504matic about 8 years ago. It had 124K when I bought it and now proudly displays 209K. Never going to sell it as it's worth next to nothing to anybody but me, and it's fully sorted.
So as I'm sure many of you are guilty of browsing the used car websites as am I, I came upon this 2011 E5504matic in Tanzanite Blue (359U) and fell in love. 84K miles. All factory maintenance by local dealer. VMI is full from day one. Rear subframe replaced under warranty. 1 owner car. Long story short, I bought it!
I never thought I'd own two Mercedes-Benz E550's at the same time. My all time favorite engine M273.
Looking forward to sharing my experiences and learning from this forum.
Thanks,
Mark

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Attached are a few pics. Just bough it a month ago. Almost 37k miles (now at 41,000 - I drive A LOT). Got a good deal, service history was all really good on the car but the paint was pretty hammered. Polished it out first day (one picture shows how bad the paint was). Had coolant flushed, trans fluid changed, air filter changed. I do the oil. The only thing I want to do to it is find an EVC to keep muffler baffles open. Just don't want to spend 750 on the Renntech module. Will keep my eye open for a used one. Don't want to chop up the exhaust.
My question is does anyone have a diagnostic tool they would recommend that can read the codes and do most of the tests?

I am brand new here but my MB's are not! I have 2002 T1N Sprinter and recently brought a 2007 R350 m272 (I know, I know it'd just the perfect platform for me). I am in desperate need of some MB gasser help. I have the T1N covered by my good brother over at Million Mile Sprinter, however, my R350 was sold to me by a dishonest owner and I am left with a nagging code P1106 VVT issues.
Symptoms:
no power/torque
not down shifting
a rattle
drinking fuel
Local MB shop had it for a month and did not fix the issue. I am in desperate need of a MB gasser guru here in Seattle, Washington. My wife just had a daughter and this was supposed to be my daily dad driver, it has been anything but that since I purchased it.
Thank you for any help or PNW contacts you may have for me!
Cheers
DNL
