2014 E350 4Matic, Luxury, Indigo Blue Met
Just purchased a 2014 E350
Hi, I'm Phil from Midland, MI. Driving back from Iowa last month I saw an E350 (Dolomite Brown) pass me on the highway. That was a classy looking car. So different from the many 'ugly' newer cars on the road today. After weeks of research and some test drives, we purchased the E350 today in Okemos. It is a Luxury 4Matic, Indigo Blue w/gray-dk gray interior. Almost all the safety options are on it; did not get the pano roof. Can hardly wait to try out the heated steering wheel next winter. MB will build it in July, with a late August delivery. I hope to have some good things to say about our new car in the forums here.

Our toys uh....rides
Good morning! I work at a BMW dealership, but am not too much into BMW cause of previous experiences with Mercedes, hence my purchase of the gently used one. I have caught a lot of slack because of it, but I still motor on... mine is silver and thus far 4th month an love it. Yesterday my with and I installed an after market (tasteful) rear trunl lid spoiler, we also replaced the front grill with a "sport" grill, of course aftermarket, I will posting pics soon. Hope you all are enjoying your as much as we are ours, have a great weekend!!

350 bluetec
selling my 2011 E350bluetech sport with 40k
I have a silver with black interior bluetech with cold weather package and sport package among other things. It has 40,000 miles and warranty thru december. I have always driven BMWs and Mercedes-I just never wanted grey and black and want to let it go. Seems these arent easy to find. How or who would be interested? I want 26,000-this is the average auction figure and mine is better than that. Seems like a good deal for someone! I am going to a white 525 this time. Its a great car and just took it in for its check up!

Hi. My name is Jeff. My wife and i just picked up a roughly treated '98 E320 rather cheaply from a fella who apparently REALLY needed the cash. We've since loved it up and are wondering why we never bought one before. Never owned a Mercedes before and now don't think we'll ever NOT own one now that I'm retired from the USAF and can enjoy life for a while.
It's in sorta rough shape so I expect to be here quite a bit.

Independant repair shop needed
New here.....recently purchased a 2004 CLK500 convertible with 47,000 miles. Had a few minor things done from the Ind. shop next to where I purchased car but not too happy with them. Any one know of a reputable shop in the Pompano Beach, FL area? THNX!

Hi everyone! I'm Gary and I live on my family's ranch in northeast Texas, 70 miles outside of Dallas. I drive a 2009 GL550 SUV, my first Mercedes after owning BMW's for many years. I discovered this forum last night while researching replacement tires. Thus far there seems to be no alternative to the 21-inch tires available at the dealership, they tell me, for $495 each.

C200 2012
Jani from Finland. Just bought my first premium car. 2012 C200 Avantgarde. It has 32 000km on it. The trim level is called "Business premium" here in Finland. Everything is extremely stock. It even has 16" rims. I got a good deal for it since it has a manual gearbox and didn't come with cruise control. I'm having the original cruise control retrofitted next week.
The very first thing is to tint the windows. New summer rims next spring. I'm also interested in getting some of the body kits US people have in the c250 sport. In Finland I think the body kit is called AMG edition or something. Mostly interested in the side skirts and the boot lid spoiler lip.
Maybe 30mm lower springs would look nice too. Better performance would be appreciated but I'm not too sure if it's worth the money and how it will affect engine life. I've been looking at Carlsson, Brabus and Kleemann.
Will post pictures after I get the car detailed.

Hi Everyone!!

I have had a ball with this car since purchasing, and have had zero issues with it (except a headlight and tail light bulb). This car is quite a rocket and a joy to drive, and is a much more enjoyable than the earlier 60-70's muscle cars I had years ago.

Hola! The names Jacques, new to the forums - but grew up with the Star. Originally a San Francisco Bay Area(n?) now working with Audi in Northern Virginia (I guess they call the Region DMV?) Been driving Mercedes for as long as I can remember, currently in a 2003 ML500... not much chance that will chance anytime soon. (in love) Looking forward to learning and socializing with like minded people.

2005 AMG C55
After driving North American manufactured cars and trucks most of my life, I must admit it is a pleasure to drive a Mercedes, except this one is a bit firm on the bumps. I did buy an extended warranty due to high mileage, but it has come and gone without issue. This forum and members are extremely beneficial when trying to understand features and DIY repairs or modifications.

Hey everyone I'm ricardo. I live in New England, United States. We get a lot of snow. I've finally decided that I want a 4matic. It was a tough decision to make. As I've owned many awd sedans in the past. Infinity, jaguar, even had a Volvo. But my luck has always been bad. I thought long and hard about the bmw Wagon. Still I realized nothing beats a merc.
