Greetings!
Just bought a 2010 E350, dark blue with sport trim and as cherry as it can be. My first Mercedes was a 2010 C63. Yep.......just a little different. I will take care of this one as I did the first and glad to be back in a Mercedes again.

Hi, My name is Jasmine. I'm from Melbourne, Australia and I just bought my dream car Mercedes Benz 2012 C180 Blueefficiency black coupe around 35000kms on the clock. I love it! Ideally I would like to add 20" black wheels with chrome rims and have the car lowered but this will come in time!
Thanks!

Can anyone give me advise on whether my LED lights below the front headlights are meant to come on during the day or not?
Thanks!
Hi,

They are meant to stay on. They are called daytime running lights, and although im not too sure of the law where you are, in the UK, all new cars from February 2011 require them

Good day all

My name is Daryl I'm from Centurion in Pretoria South Africa.

I have owned a W124 230E previously which I think is the last truly over engineered Merc.

I currently own a 2006 W203 C320CDI Elegance with the 7G transmission.

I googled ticking transmission and found this forum.

Is this a good Car?
I'm very new to this site, and I'm looking to purchase my first mercedes. Though I am new to this site I am fairly knowledgeable about Mercedes cars, and I can do most maintence operations myself including
Oil changes
Spark plugs and boots
Coolant flush
And other minor repairs
I have about $4000 to spend.
I found this 1999 e320

http://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/cto/4611788852.html

It looks to be in very good condition, and I belive that it has beem well taken care of,
I have asked him about th car abd he has already done most of the crucial servicing including
Recent mobil 1 oil change
Tranny service
Spark plugs
Front brakes
Coolant flush
Also i noticed the Porsche 928 in the back ground as well as in the description he says he bought an e55, so he is likely to be an auto enthusiast and he probably took good care of the car.

My main concern with this car is that it has 138,000 miles which I know is'nt alot for a high quality automobile like this but it seems like a lot to me.
Also another thing to take into consideration is that I can only make between $200-$500 a month with becsuse I am a full time engineering student, though my food and housing are paid for (thank god)🐨🐧
Will this along with around $4500 in savings be enough to properly maintain this car.

Anyways I guess my question is, if you were in my position would you buy this car?

Thank you so much for your input

New (used) G500 owner
I bought a high-mileage (138k) 2003 G500 to navigate a large farm property with about 5 miles of trails... Need to traverse swamps, hills, streams, small rocky mountains. The differential locks have already gotten me out of one jam...

Hello All. My name is Mike and I live in Sun City, AZ. My wife and I have just purchased our third Benz. WE originally bought a 1996 SL320 to replace my motorcycles - yes I am getting older and don't have sufficient reflexes to ride a bike any longer.
We drove that beautiful car for 4 years and then stumbled upon a really nice 200 0 SL500 that we liked better do sold the SL320.
Last month I finally convinced my wife to sell the Saturn VUE Hybrid and we replaced it with a really nice 2009 C300 4Matic Sport. We love it.
I still drive my 2008 F150 Lariat; the C300 is a daily driver and the SL500 is a fun weekend car.
We have had great success and derived much enjoyment from both Benzes and will probably keep these two forever.

1999 e320
im donnie and i own 2 merc, a 2006 e350 and a 1999 e320

problem is with the e320

ec light came on and i did a reset and the a/c worked fine for a few days
now the ec light is not on but the compressor is not running
i ran the codes and it showed eb1-419, elctro clutch, my questions is
if the evap temp sensor was the initial problem in the first place and i cleared the code with out reading it would a bad evap sensor not show up now in the codes because the compresssor cant start
