Hello everyone, i need an advice on which car i should go for is it benz S500 2004 or benz S600 2004... i am not sure if all S600 are V12 because so far ive been seeing S600 in V12 which mean it will consume lot of gas but i love the car because of the keyless entry, keyless starter. On the other hand i like S500 too but i would like to know what kind of engine most S500 carries, is it V4,V6,V8 or V12, from my experience the larger the engine the larger the fuel consumption....I would be happy if i can get a good and well analysis on both cars (2004 S500 & S600)
Thanks
Thanks

Hi,
My name is Danie and I'm from Cape Town, South Africa.
I drive a 2011 ML 63 AMG.(Anniversary Model)
I'm here to find out which aftermarket performance exhaust system would be best to replace the original system...from what I've read so far it seems like the Brabus system?

2004 e500
Hi my name is Jay from Concord, CA. I'm in the boats/cars detailing business. About a year ago, I bought the 2004 AMG e500 of my client. I've been detailing this car since 2007 and finally he sold it to me. Im in love with this car! Although I don't get to use it that much... I still detail it every week! Unfortunately I don't know anything about MB. I have 4 cars, all made by HONDA but like what I said earlier... My e500 is my baby.
I hope by joining this forum I hope I'll get to know more about MB and hopefully solve the problem of my car.

Hi, everyone-
This is Wodeshed from the Sarasota FL area. I currently have a 2005 CLK 320 coupe with 135k mi. that I've been driving for six years or so. Previously drove a 99 E300 turbodiesel for about ten years.
Problems on the CLK are that I somehow lost half the width of the serpentine belt yesterday, so replacing today and looking for info. I also have an ongoing problem with the rear view/driver's side mirror. It's constantly going to night mode, but I can usually get it to go back briefly to daylight mode by squeezing the rearview mirror.
Any tips y'all have would be much appreciated!

Hello!
I am new to this and am glad I found this site! Anyway.. after driving BMW for years I just purchased my first ever Mercedes this year. It's a 2006 C280 4MATIC. I could have bought a newer C Class but wanted this one to customize in a few years after I upgrade to a larger Mercedes sedan. I do want to upgrade the wheels now and would like to know if I put 19" wheels on will I have to make any modifications to the suspension and will I have clearance? I don't want the tires to rub. Iv'e never purchased wheels that big before so this is a first for me but I want to be safe as well as look good. If all else fails I may have to drop down a size.
Thanks Everyone!!
Edward

Hi, I'm Rhedz, from Rialto CA. Had this W203 2002 C240 base with 251,000 miles on it. A relative gave to me & to my parents as gift, because he know that it's a dream for us to drive a Mercedes Benz. Grateful to join this org. Thought I needed some insight possibly from some more experienced people, on the never ending learning experience. Looking forward to conversation and learning while here. I hope I can find Repair Factory manuals for W203. Thank you so much to the Administrator and to all members who contribute to any of the forums here in MBWorld.![bow](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bowdown.gif)

2008 E class bluetec diesel, 1998 C230, 1997 SL320
Hi from Tallahassee, FL
First time on the MB forum but have lurked for long time. An invaluable source of information for me. My dad was Mercedes dealer for a few years in Canada, so I was converted very early. Have an old reliable 1998 C-230, a 1997 SL 320 and a 2008 E320 Bluetec. Will never buy another gas car. Diesel has it all.

2008 E350
Hello all, Kawmagnum here from Oriental,NC. Purchased a White /Tan 2008 E350 4-matic Sport for the wife to replace her 2004 20th Anniversary GTI that she was very reluctant to part with. Recaro seats were taking their toll on longer trips so she finally agreed it was time to get a more comfortable ride.

2001 slk 230 kompressor
Good Morning, I have a 2001 SLK 230 with a roof issue. It will not go up or down. I took it in to a repair shop and they said the control module is bad and will cost over $1500 to replace. Is it possible to replace this module myself and where would I find instructions on how to do so? Thanks
