2008 E350 Luxury Sedan
Hello. I'm Ed from Pensacola FL and I'm back! I recently purchased a gorgeous 2008 E350 with only 83000 miles. Looks new and drives like a dream.
I have a tire/wheel question. Do I post that here or on a different thread?
If here, I'll explain.
Door label calls for rear tire 265/35 R18 XL. Front tires 245/40 R18
I do not have the sport package as I know of. I did the VIN decoder and it says "luxury"
I thought a previous owner may have changed the rims until I found the info in the door.
I'm perplexed.
Additionally, is it possible to place the same tire size all the way around?
Car came with newish Pirelli's and they are soooo LOUD. I want Continentials!!!
Thanks
Ed

Welcome Ed. Please post a photo of the E350. Also, there are E-Class specific fora on the site. It would be better to post your question there.
Generally the wheels and tires on the car should match the door sticker/decal. Of course aftermarket possibilities exist, but one takes one's own chances in such a case.

Hello @Edilhan ,
That's quite a few miles you've racked up on the G wagon.
I remember reading a review on them when I was a kid that stated something along the lines of: "the way these things have been engineered and built means that they will likely out live their owners" - I always thought that was so great and a real indicator of how well made the G is.

Hello, I'm a first time MB owner from southern California. Recently purchased a 2018 c300 and have been lurking on the forums because I don't know much about cars. Hope to learn a lot from you all!

Just Purchased my first Mercedes ever
I just purchased my first ever Mercedes and only ever purchased american cars before. I saw this car on Letgo and it spoke to me so i did some research and decided to buy the car. I got it for $1100 and it's in great shape always garage kept and mileage is about 150,000 as the odometer is not working, a common issue with these W124's as I've learned. I decided to Join this Forum as i have come to learn some parts are hard to come by given the age and parts no longer being made. I'm determined to get it on the road though because it needs some parts replaced to be safe and legal on the road.

Love my 2016 E350 4matic
Hello my name is Diego born and raised in New York. Purchased a 2016 E350 love the luxury and smooth ride of it. Came to this on a link on how to properly install LED star. Youtube has always been great for me with DIYs but didn't have any posts for 2016 with my type headlights, I just couldn't get it right until I followed the instructions of one of the members here. It is working great now and is why I decided to become a member.
